By booking a tour package with Chalo Safar Health & Travels LLP, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Booking & Payment
- All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment
- Prices are per person unless stated otherwise
- Children under 12 are charged at 50% of the adult rate; infants under 2 travel free
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay

What's Included / Excluded
Each package clearly states what is included and excluded. Unless specifically mentioned, packages do not include flights, personal expenses, travel insurance, tips, or items of a personal nature.

Travel Documents
It is the traveller's responsibility to carry valid government-issued photo ID for all domestic travel. Chalo Safar is not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate documentation.

Health & Safety
Travellers are responsible for their own health and safety. We recommend consulting a doctor before travelling to high-altitude destinations (Spiti, Ladakh). Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips.

Our Liability
Chalo Safar acts as an organiser of travel experiences. Our liability is limited to the value of the tour package booked. We are not responsible for loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party service providers, acts of nature, or events beyond our control.

Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to make minor changes to itineraries due to operational reasons, weather, or local conditions. In such cases, we will provide an equivalent alternative. Major changes will be communicated at the earliest with suitable alternatives offered.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
