Our Cancellation Philosophy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our travellers and our local partners, who depend on bookings for their livelihoods.

Cancellation by Customer
- 30+ days before travel: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
- 15–29 days before travel: 50% refund
- 7–14 days before travel: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days before travel: No refund
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to explore@chalosafar.in.

Cancellation by Chalo Safar
In the rare event that we need to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Rescheduling Policy
We allow one free rescheduling request made at least 21 days before your travel date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 21 days will be treated as cancellations.

Force Majeure
Chalo Safar is not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government-imposed travel restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to find the best possible solution.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Razorpay processing fees are non-refundable.

How to Cancel
To cancel or reschedule your booking:
1. Email us at explore@chalosafar.in with your booking reference number
2. Or WhatsApp us — our team will process your request within 24 hours
