Terms & Conditions - Chalo Safar
General Voucher Policy –
All vouchers issued by Chalo Safar are non-transferable and valid strictly for the services which are mentioned by chalo safar. Any additional services not clearly requested, confirmed and documented in the proposal will not be provided. Any extra services such as meals, activities or personal expenses must be settled directly between the hotel or service provider and the customer.
Passenger Comments & Complaints –
We request all the travelers to report any issues or dissatisfaction immediately to our local representatives. Any issues reported allows Chalo Safar to take timely and appropriate action to resolve the concerns during the trip.
Cancellation & Refund Policy-
The Cancellations made after confirmation are subject to applicable charges. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days after completion of the scheduled services.
Refunds for shortened stays will only be considered upon submission of valid documentary evidence from the hotel or service provider. Approval from the concerned service provider is mandatory for any refund to be processed. Chalo Safar retains the right to assess, approve or deny refund claims and may apply an administrative fee.
Please note: No refunds are applicable for unused services, partial cancellations or no-shows. In case of a no-show, 100% cancellation charges will be applied and the booking will be released entirely.

Note: If the booked services (such as flights, resorts, taxis, trains, etc.) are refundable, only then will the above cancellation policy apply.
Responsibility Disclaimer
Chalo Safar operates as a travel facilitator and cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which arises due to misfortunate circumstances such as natural disasters, mechanical breakdowns, government regulations, epidemics or any other situations. The Additional expenses that have been caused as a result of these conditions are the responsibility of the traveler.
Optional Excursions
During your journey, your driver, guide or hotel staff may suggest optional activities not included in the official itinerary. As these services are not provided or endorsed by Chalo Safar, we accept no responsibility for their quality, cancellation or any unfortunate event arising from participation. Any complaints or claims must be addressed directly with the provider of those services.
Pricing & Revisions
Once a booking is confirmed, pricing is fixed unless affected by:
- Fluctuations in transportation costs (including fuel surcharges)
- Government-imposed taxes, fees or duties
- Foreign exchange rate variances (Prices are based on November exchange rates)
- Increases in component costs such as flights, accommodation, meals or entrance fees
Tour Operation Clause
Group tours require a minimum of 25 participants to operate. If this number is not met, Chalo Safar may:
- Offer the same itinerary on a different date
- Or operate the tour individually without a full-time tour manager (a local guide will be provided for sightseeing)
Visa & Immigration
Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy. In case of visa rejection, standard cancellation charges do not apply. Refunds in such situations are not guaranteed and will depend on airline and supplier refund policies.
Transportation & Vehicle Breakdowns
In case of coach breakdowns during tours, we will attempt to arrange a replacement vehicle as soon as possible. If any major sightseeing is missed due to this, a refund for that specific service (as paid to the supplier) may be offered. Replacement vehicles may differ in features, comfort and delays due to breakdowns or traffic are beyond Chalo Safar’s control.
